I read Ace in two evenings. It was a perfect book to curl up with after a hectic day. I really felt for Lucy, and although some might want to bop Ace over the head for his "all about my career" obsession, I totally understood. Grab a glass of Merlot, and put this one on your Kindle!

Love is a tricky thing and Ace, the pierced, tattooed and green mohawk wearing MMA fighter doesn't want it disturbing his career, but the lovely Lucy messes up all his well laid plans and changes his life forever.
I was disappointed in this book, from the specs, I knew it would be short, but it was so short, I was actually wondering if pages were missing, I mean, not only was it short, but ***spoiler*** how is it that they felt that way about each other exactly? I liked the characters, and I liked the story, but it went too fast to get into it and really FEEL the story and their connection, it was just not in depth enough to really feel anything.

Love this series and loved Ace. Whew this was a great story! Very hot! I really liked his dad because he honestly saved the day. Wasn't there much for him as a kid being so busy and all but he was when he needed him in this situation! Great story!
Ace from the Undefeated Series surprised me. It is the second book, but the first I've read. I thought it would be heavy on sports and technical aspects I would not understand, but I was very wrong, and glad to be. Ace is a journey of identity formation and love for all the characters involved. Author Charity Parkerson has touched my heart again and I can't wait to read more in her series.
Ace doesn't want to follow in his fathers foot steps. All green hair and tattooed, he wants to fight in the MMA circuit. Ace believes he needs to keep his head in the fighting arena and that's it. There was no problem with that till Lucy gets under his skin. Nobody attempts to talk to ace because of his looks. Lucy doesn't care, she's lonely and likes his looks.
